My life may seem glamorous to some and others may not understand what it is that I do. Being a community leader, entrepreneur, speaker, author and venture capitalist has its advantages, but what many don’t realize is what it takes to be able to do the work that I do.
Through this blog I am opening my life up to those that are interested in learning about the type of work that I do and the journey that a leader like myself travels through, both within myself and among others.
It is my desire that many of you will be inspired by the details I share with you. If nothing else, the key message is that I’m not perfect, no one is perfect. But also that being a leader also means being human and living a very real life on this earth. Success is developed from knowing which decisions to make and making the right choices that consistently support your life purpose. Finally, it is my desire to show you that you can make mistakes, many mistakes in your life and still be a successful leader. Remember, as long as you continue to rise after each fall, you are a winner!
